Happiness Begins With Forgiveness

I would like to preface this article by stating that I am referring to people and occurrences that can be forgiven. There are some atrocities in our world that are simply too horrible to forgive. That said, even the most painful of experiences can be let go for the purpose of allowing happiness into our lives. One of the major stumbling blocks on the road to happiness is the painful emotion of anger. Whether this anger is directed at a friend or loved one, or worse… yourself, it is a feeling that must be overcome and released if you are truly going to have a chance at lasting happiness. Anger is something that we all have to deal with from time to time. Just as we are all as unique as individual snowflakes, it is virtually impossible to stroll through life without becoming angry with someone that you know and love. In fact, one of the worst bouts of anger you can have is actually with that person staring back at you in the mirror. When something or someone upsets you, it is extremely important to vent your feelings.Ideally, it’s best to deal with the offender directly. If that someone happens to be you, so be it. In fact, forgiving yourself is one of the most important steps you can take on the happiness path. If you are not worthy of forgiveness, how can you ever experience real happiness? I’m not suggesting that you run out and berate everyone who has ever done you wrong, I am merely stating that harboring anger will eventually catch up with you making it very difficult, if not impossible, to partake in the happiness that would otherwise be available to you. It is perfectly normal and natural to become upset or angry with others or yourself. Perhaps someone insulted you, hurt you, cheated or betrayed you. Maybe you actually let yourself down by not playing by the rules, or accomplishing a goal that you had set out to achieve. Conceivably, you unintentionally or worse, intentionally harmed someone. While none of this is noble, it is crucial to let it go. With forgiveness comes peace, and with peace, happiness may begin to flow. Therefore, it is important to remember that happiness begins with forgiveness.

Make Money Blogging--Can You Really Make Money Blogging?

This is a question that lots of soon to be bloggers and blogger newbies ask themselves. Is it really possible to make money blogging? This is a fair question when you consider how many people try to make money online versus how many actually succeed at doing so. Not to mention all the scammers out there waiting to sell another newbie the dream, only for the newbie to realize that he just wasted another $97.So it is not surprising that so many aspiring bloggers quit after initial failure, yet I firmly believe that most blogger are following an inefficient business model. The prevailing wisdom regarding the steps to successfully make money blogging is really a lot of bologna. The problem with the make money online niche is that it is dominated by newbies. You think you are learning reading these popular blogs (which shall remain nameless) but you just don't realize that the blogger himself is just rehashing the same stuff he read on another clueless MMO blog. The current 'A-Lister' type method is basically to build a 'readership' and then to sell everything you can to them. And judging by the products I see advertised on many A-List blogs, they are rather indifferent as to the quality of the products they advertise. I see "get rich quick" and "Secret ways to make MILLIONS!!!!" type products all over these A-Lister blogs. The idea is to build credibility with your readers by pretending to be an expert in your niche. Fake it till you make it. See, the credibility is supposed to foster a relationship of trust between you and your 'readership'...this way you can more easily soak them for everything they are worth. So in order to make it using this method you really need to hit it big. There are only a handful that become name bloggers, and thousands who never are. But don't let this depress you.In fact you can make money blogging! You don't need to do all of those A-Lister chores like constantly providing fresh and excellent content. You don't need to establish yourself as an expert in your field, and you don't need to sell advertising and links on your blog if it ever becomes a PR5.There is a simple but effective business model for bloggers in niche blogging. This is basically where you set up a blog that acts as a small site. A mini site at that. It will look like a blog and feel like a blog, but it will really be a static site. You write about ten posts focused around your main keyword and leave it alone from there on out. Then you just promote the site with lots of links using your anchor text. Once the blog ages a couple of months you put adsense on it. Your only job is to get enough links for the blog that it ranks on the first page, ideally at number one. You put almost all of your time into building links to your blog.Of course this is real internet marketing so you will need to learn to do your keyword research and how to analyze your competition, but this is the way to make money blogging without really having to blog at all.

Computer Processor - Before, Now And Eventually

The fact is that a computer comprises several processors however the one regularly used by advertisers when they want to draw attention to the power of a computer commonly relates to the Central Processing Unit (CPU).Few individuals will not have heard of Intel or AMD processors while their significance to the advertising community and thereby the general public at large is comparable to the way motor manufacturers sell their cars. If in the market for a sports car an individual usually wants as much performance as is available hence manufacturers will sell their most powerful cars simply by stating the number of cylinders a particular model possesses. By using just two letters such as V8 - a message is sent to the public consumer who will automatically recognize that this indicates a potentially powerful engine. The equivalent term to excite the adrenalin rush in the computer buyer today is probably a "Dual Core Processor".However before describing the merits of dual core processing or any other electronic component or semiconductors it seems reasonable to first explain why the CPU attracts so much attention, possibly more than any other electronic component lurking within a computer. The specification of a CPU is defined by its speed for example 900 MHz provides an approximation of the number of instructions that a CPU is able to process by the second - 900 million in this example. In addition the data handling capability of a CPU defines its power: a 64-bit CPU is able to combine, stage-manage or subtract numbers that are 64-bits wide. In the early nineties computers with 16-bit CPUs were considered powerful while today 64-bits are the norm, a reflection of how far the IT public sector experience has developed in a little over fifteen years.A CPU today would seem like something from an alien world to the computer geeks of fifteen years ago, Not only have they become much more powerful but in addition their use of new materials as semiconductors increases efficiency beyond anything thought manageable fifteen years ago. The intention of these new semiconductors is directly aimed at the speed with which a CPU operates. Making the CPU faster is an ongoing challenge that drives this industry because ultimately all computers are limited by the capability of their CPU and, because IT has become an established ingredient in the daily routine people now have to handle we are much more proficient at using them. The knock on effect from the IT development of the past fifteen years relates to people and their improved functionality when interacting with computers. The demands made on electronic components will continue to increase as people learn how to add, manipulate and subtract using their IT on a daily basis and it seems that no matter how fast electronic components become they will never quite be capable of matching the speed of the brain whose fingers deftly work a keyboard. In addition a fast CPU back in the early nineties ran at around 386 MHz, an electronic component that would today freeze being within close proximity of a modern PC game.

The History of Computer

Uninformed researchers of computer (computador) history would probably note the first computer in the mid 1930`s. In reality, this history dates nearly 2000 years ago with the invention of the abacus where the user programmed beads using formulated constructs.Although many historians caution against the use of the word computer (computador) except to define 20th century computers, a broader understanding illuminates an instrument designed by a Frenchman and which functioned as a calculator and was designed for a tax collector in the 1600`s. Improvements to this calculator continued through the 19th century.Similar work was underway in England and with the support of the government a `mechanical` calculator was invented. It was powered by steam and supported a fixed program for its use. This calculator went through many changes until an automatic calculator was invented. Following this flurry of discovery and invention, little changed until the early 1900`s when detailed mechanical and transportation work required complex mathematical calculations (especially calculus). Two Census Bureau workers began to look for a means of accurately calculating information. They conceived the idea of a punch card which would be inserted into the computer (computador), read, and stored. The greatest advantage of these still slow moving machines was the ability to store large amounts of information with ease and accuracy. The early 1940`s and the imminent World War, brought the military into the computer era (computador). New weapons requiring computer technology for effectiveness, were needed, designed and produced. These were large floor model machines and utilized the floor space of an average one family home (about 2,000 square feet). One independent computer (computador) was not adequate and a means was found to link computers which produced a more accurate and clear channel of information. These devices were not only cumbersome but they required rewiring and rechanneling for each program. Greater inventions were in progress. These new computers (computador) would be equipped with memory capacity and worker faster than any in existence at the time.In 1947, the first modern programmable computers (computador) were designed. They contained RAM (Random Access Memory) and made it possible to access information in seconds. This technology continued to be tested and improved into the 1950`s when magnetic core memory and a transistor circuit element were discovered. These increased the memory capacity and functionality of the computers (computador). On the down side the cost to operate these machines was astronomical. By nearly sheer determination alone, these devices evolved into amazing machines able to work with a number of programs simultaneously while giving the impression that only one program was in use. As recently as the 1960`s computers (computador) were more available and the price had become nearly reasonable for businesses. Their use however, was confined mostly to mathematically based operations such as billing, accounting, and payroll. One of the major purchasers of these devices was hospitals which stored date from patients, inventory, billing, treatments, and the like.By the 1980`s smaller individual computers (computador) were being produced. Technology continued to astound the general public as the microchip came into existence permitting personal computers to be sold with accompanying program disks for downloading. A glance around most medium to large companies would reveal many desk top computers in use. It would be impossible to track the history of computers (computador) without acknowledging Apple Computer and IBM for their leading edge and evolving technology. Radio Shack coupled with Apple Computer (computador) produced video games for the computer (a move from the arcade). The ability for businesses and individuals to access the worldwide web gave birth to new and innovative marketing and communication with inquirers and/or clients. Today it is inconceivable that one attempt to research something on line and not find multiple references there. The momentum has only continued to mount and new upgrades are available nearly by the day. What Makes The Ipod Sell?

People have intense love affairs with their machines, like some men are known to be enthusiastic about their cars, and some women are known for some household appliances. But the iPod seems to top them all and seems to pull strings at the heart with such consistency that some people, irrespective of age, sex, color, and creed, make the mp3 player device an extension of themselves, an extension of their personalities, and an extension of their lifestyles! The marvel of the 21st century, the iPod, never had it so good. Psychologists are of the opinion that because primarily an iPod delivers music and the human mind is naturally attuned to music, therefore it is an instant hit. But there are other mp3 player devices around, then what makes this device so unique? Market analysts say that the small size of the iPod, its capacity to store thousands of songs, and its ability to use the computer as an alter ego, has contributed to its tremendous sale. However, market survey agencies pronounce that the popularity of the iPod is mainly due to the strong identification between songs and emotions. When people hear a particular song, they identify it with some emotion, some event of their lives, and they relive those moments of the past. This makes them feel happy, which in turn justifies the amount of money they have spent on purchasing their iPods. People have gone on record to say things like when they hear romantic songs they are reminded of their ex-girlfriends or pleasant moments. When they hear songs like Bette Midler`s `Wind Beneath My Wings`, they are reminded of their husbands. Stock exchange brokers and traders identify their job and lives with the Frank Sinatra song, `My Way`. Similarly, Linda Ronstadt`s `When Will I Be Loved`, and Peter Frampton`s `I`m in You`, reminds one of the high school dances. This association with emotions makes the iPod a must-have consumer product. Some iPod users have something more than an intense affair with their mp3 player music devices. Something more like an obsession. It is an on going love story. Sociologists claim that the iPod makes some individual a good societal being, as their frustrations are released by simply listening to their favorite songs. Dramatists affirm that emotional catharsis is superbly performed by iPods. Some medical experts state that mp3 player devices may even eliminate depression and elevate one`s mood.As music tends to be very personal, it becomes very emotional. So when you listen to the songs stored in your mp3 player device, you tend to get emotional and take a walk down memory lane. Thus, iPod becomes a small, compact memory bank, which you can carry around with you, wherever you go. The ability of the iPod to rewind your life backwards and hear it, being enacted in lovable musical melodies is perhaps the greatest selling point of this machine. No wonder then that more than 22 million iPods have been sold in a few years only! No wonder then you see people with their music players down the streets, at Harris Teeter while shopping for Cocoa Puffs, while doing stretch ups at Gold`s Gym, or sipping high quality afternoon tea at the Ritz`s. The iPods have become absolutely indispensable, completely irreplaceable, and simply irresistible! With the iPods now coming with multimedia capabilities, they have become small, personal cinema houses, compact media players to view home videos, or even to show some commercial multimedia applications. Thus, with passing time, the popularity of the device is increasing as it enters new vistas of commerce, arts, and sciences. The iPod has indeed become multifunctional and multifaceted, and has aptly adapted to the needs of changing times. This adaptability is the prime reason why this music player sells so much! This article is under GNU FDL license and can be distributed without any previous authorization from the author.
